Cancellations, refunds, and scheduling

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all students, please review these lesson policies before booking with EAGLE English.

Scheduling & Booking

All lessons must be scheduled in advance through the booking system or by direct agreement with EAGLE English. Availability is limited and based on current openings.

Booking a lesson, consultation, package, or program confirms your agreement to these policies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may be charged in full.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation.
  • This policy protects scheduled lesson time and helps maintain consistency for all students.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you do not attend a scheduled lesson, the lesson may be marked as completed.

  • No refund or reschedule will be provided for a no-show.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be canceled at the instructor’s discretion.

Refund Policy

Lesson packages and programs are non-refundable once started.

  • Unused lessons may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Partial refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Refund decisions depend on the situation, number of lessons used, and program terms.

Package Expiration

Lesson packages are designed to support steady progress and should be used within a reasonable time frame.

  • 5-lesson package: recommended completion within 6 weeks
  • 10-lesson package: recommended completion within 10 weeks
  • Full programs: timeline may vary based on student goals, training stage, and scheduling needs
If you need flexibility because of flight training, work, travel, or scheduling changes, please communicate as early as possible.

Instructor Cancellations

If EAGLE English needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you will receive as much notice as possible.

The lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
